Return to Dash confirmrd bug -- if you are traveling outside your both zones or out of state

This happened to me 3 weeks in a row cause my Dashlink deliveries take be out of state or outside my city zones. I noticed it about 3 weeks ago. I'm calling it the Return to Dash bug because you are stuck on the screen with the Return to Dash button. And when you click on it, your screen flashes, then returns you right back to the same screen. You can no longer see your current dash info to mark you are at the delivery location, or scan the barcode (for Dashlink) or confirm delivery. Force closing or reinstalling didn't help the first time I had this problem.

I noticed this whole doing Dashlink orders out of state. I have several more deliveries to go. I had to complete the orders, taking pictures of the packages then the delivery location with my phone camera, outside the app. After completing all deliveries, I called support and told them about the issue I had and this was the best solution for me to complete the DL deliveries. Support then called each person to verify the delivery of the items.

Happened again yesterday and finally got a DL support person who verified it is a bug they are working on. It was what I suspected, going outside the city zones, you had the potential to be stuck at that screen. She said these might be workarounds: what had helped some others is logging off and back on several times. She didn't say how many times was several. And if that didn't work, then reinstalling might work.

I noticed 2 more things. 1. When you get back to your city zones, it starts to work again. 2. If you stay on the screen with the delivery info and don't go back to the Return to dash screen, you should be fine. This doesn't always happen but may happen if you have to force close for a frozen app, or go back to the home screen in the app.

I had someone tell me yesterday that they had the same issue when doing a regular dash that took them to another state. He said the issue cleared up when he got back to the city zones again. What I mean by city zones? If you look at your map in your app, all the zones you see are your city zones.
