lump on my areola, very concerned, 18f

i think around 2-3 months ago i've found something like a lump on my areola of the nipple. there was no nipple discharge, the shape didn't change except for this small thing on it.

i'm very stupid and pick at my skin a lot and because of that squeezed on it a lot of times. at first i remember white substance coming out of that small nub, i think the texture was somewhat hard at first, then it was just liquid. recently it's been white/milkish color liquid, but also it was a transparent liquid. nothing has come out of my nipples unles i applied pressure.

it's around the size of my nipple, a bit smaller. it's hard at the surface area, not very painful to touch, but when i touch it a bit more down (like between my fingers) i feel something like a very small straw/tube.

currently it's irritated from the way i touched and i've made a promise not to touch it anymore and i'm going to visit a doctor when it heals up a bit because i'm very scared of my mom being angry at me with this irrated state (i cannot visit doctors without her to save my life, i'm extremely not social), but i'm also very scared of what it could actually be.

i will attach the pictures below, unfortunately i took them only today and i didn't take any pictures when i first noticed it.

i'm very nervous and scared about this and i've got enough things to worry about in my life but i would also appreciate advance on how i could approach my mother about this. i'm very scared but i hope i could at least get some clearance what it could possibly be here before i could get to visit a doctor
