Suggestions regarding NVMe

Hello, I am looking forward to buying an 500/512 GB NVMe for around the price of 8,500. I found lexar NM620 512 GB for 8,500 on amdhouse they also have other NVMe in this price point but the thing is I have heard bad things about laxar NM620 in forums, is it reliable? Living in Islamabad and no H2H deal
