Do you need to bring passport sized photos to the POE when applying for an Open Work permit?

I can't find a straight answer for this. My spouse is applying for an Open Work permit at the POE now that I have my high skilled worker work permit and my kids are applying for Visitor Records (all US citizens with US passports). Do they need to bring printed out wallet sized photos or do they take a picture there at the POE?

Hopefully someone else has experience with this
