Should we buy US stocks with USD or SGD?

So I’ve been using iOCBC to buy local stocks. But when I try to buy US stocks, they have an option to pay in USD or SGD.

What are the pros in using SGD or USD as I do not see a difference since I only have SGD in my balance.
