[PC/Flash][2003 ?] Multiplayer online tank game from mid 2000s?

There was an online multiplayer tank game from the early to mid 2000s where you had to pick a color tank (yellow, red, blue or green?) and this was your team. They had multiple maps, the one I always played on was Appalachia which was just the continent of NA, im pretty sure "castle" and "desert" was another one and they were BIG maps. Your health was "fuel" that could be found on the map via radar. With the radar you could also find unique rounds like homing missiles, shields etc. These would be helpful because you could teleport anywhere you wanted on the map but it cost fuel (health) to do so. you could even "drive" on water areas by either finding a ferry or moving blocks to build bridge like structures.
