Will happen. Update.
I am back working on the project. I ordred shop supplies today. The shop needs to be organized a little bit and I need to build a welding cart. I also need to to get way better using the plasma cutter before I start.
The only guy I've talked to who has designed anything like this suggested we use hydraulics and I've been learning about it. There are huge advantages to them. Efficient, quiet, versatile. Great motor speed control. For sure we need hydraulics for the peristaltic pump.
Also I'm thinking about building two tanks. One dedicated cement slurry mixing tank and one aircrete mixing tank. Would be a snap with the hydraulics and the peristaltic pump in use to transfer the slurry from one tank to the other.
