3 year old kid messed up wiper. Advice needed!

My 3yo was sitting on the driver’s seat for fun and giggles (car was off, only on accessory mode), and playing with the wipers. She was running the wipes while the windshield glass was bone dry. Suddenly the drivers side wiper got stuck on the middle of the glass, and now refuses to work. I’ve manually out the wiper down (and it went down smoothly). Passenger side wiper running perfectly.

Any suggestions on what the issue could be?
