What’s with the custom mode demons?

Me and my buddies are all masters on at least one role and we be playing public customs a lot since we can’t Que ranked with some of our lower ranked friends…. And holy shit like 1 in 2 games there is someone better than our best, who peaked top 500. Like fully trying their hardest in every 1v1 and shittjnf on everyone. Are they 1v1 players or what? Top 2% of players and we stay getting shit on hahahaha
