also it is very frustrating trying to speak with the mod team on their own website and they never answer. ive tried many times and i haven’t received an answer to anything since being banned liked 10 months ago. i understand why i was banned but i feel like if someone is trying to redeem themselves the support team should ATLEAST respond. just my humble opinion of course
