Help in Visa Type

I have a business meeting to attend to in US. So I was told by my company to apply B1 in the Philippines.

But when I went to the embassy they told me that I was tagged as B1-Domestic on the appointment. But on my ds160, it only appears as b1 business/conference

Questions:

1. Can I change it to B1/B2 after rescheduling?
2. I added a national id of my employer / company in the US. Did that automatically made me domestic?
