Need help with the route to get a 1SG dismissed

Hey y'all we recently got a new 1SG, it's been about two weeks and he's already made an enemy of the entire company from the privates to the platoon sgts. I have yet to talk to anyone in the company that is ok with him. Some of the reasons include physical aggression

he's slapped hands for no reason

grabbed a soldier by the hair and pulled him in real close to tell him he needs a haircut

Punched the pack of someones chair and violently yanked it back and fourth because they didn't hear him

Screamed insults and name called people for perceived disrespect despite it being abundantly clear there was absolutely none

Allegedly made multiple racist comments mainly towards Hispanics

Runs his hands through multiple soldiers hairs when telling them they need a haircut in a way that almost seems sexual

And a slew of just being a dick for no reason, but thats not really something that gets someone removed.

I've started compiling a list of what he's done to who specifically but have no idea where to go from there. Any advice on the route forward would be greatly appreciated.
