anybody else have issues w/ no customer support & account creation?

idk if this is flaired right but whatevs.

tried to sign up for the service back in February, input my phone number and everything, and it just pops up with some random person's profile. Weird, but I've only had my current number since December (moved countries), so I just assumed it was just the prior owner who forgot to change it.

Go to delete the account, as I couldn't find an option to just remove my number, and again I want to make my own profile, and the Settings page just doesn't load no matter how long I let it sit. Tried 4 different, up to date web browsers and it was the same issue. Tried the app and it won't let me in without photo verifying - which i obviously can't do when I'm not this random person.

Emailed customer service that day, and after 2 weeks received nothing so I emailed again. It's now May and I still haven't heard back to any of my handful of emails asking for help getting the account removed.

Is this a common theme or something? cause I've never had this problem with any other app (apart from one that shall remain nameless), and it's frustrating when I'm just trying to waste some time and find some friends. They don't do Facebook logins anymore or I'd go that route, as I'm not an apple user.
