Are permanent tattoos allowed ?

Guys I'm extremely anxious right now, I got around 8 permanent tattoos on my forearm, finger, dorsel side of palm. This was before I got serious about my carreer and I didn't even know about CUET, now I'm regretting it a lot, will it be a problem in frisking process, will i be allowed? Please share your insights.
