Stupid O4

Idk if anyone else has been through this but I tested my o4 pro before my first flight.. it was fine.. the minute I got to the park I get a camera error and there are redlines on my screen. so, I went home, put a o4 lite in my drone, it was fine. I put a new connector from the FC to VTX. same problem. dji support says it's my fault but how!?!?!? anyone had this issue??
