Rove Vaporizer not working - Brand New HELP

I purchased the Rove Vaporizer - Blue Dream melted diamonds. I cannot get it to pull. The light is blue when I inhale but nothing happens. I also can't get it to preheat or change from low to high voltage. No other lights come on except the blue and that's only when I inhale. It's as if it's not registering the cart. Does anyone have any advice? Did I miss taking off any packaging? I am unable to go back to the dispensary for help. I also cannot find any help online! Sos!
