I tried my best to find the game but I can't. Pls help meeee

I'm looking for a lewd game that I played a long time ago, and it was abandoned or not completed yet. It has a mom-son kind of relationship. I think it had female domination. The mom is a manager or owns a company. It takes place in a modern city, something like New York vibes. The art looks like the one in thr game "milfy city". There were scenes where the son and mom were on a plane going somewhere. The company has room for offices and some common area. The son is the main character, and it's from his point of view, and he's a young man. Help me find this game, pls. I don't remember a lot, that's all I remember.

There was a scene where a girl from the company that kind of looks Asian, she's from the company, the scene was taking place in like a back alley. She was dominant, and I remember she gave him a blowjob.

There was a scene where the son found his mom maybe sleeping or passed out from drinking on her bed. She was lying on her stomach, and he wanted to do something to her sexually, maybe, and he was hesitant or something; I'm not sure, or maybe he did something; I don't really remember, but what I remember is that he didn't have sex with her. Maybe he just looked at her private parts or touched her.
