Wellbutrin for anxiety?

I was diagnosed with GAD and Panic disorder and have tried 6 different SSRIs and SNRIs that all gave me terrible exhaustion and eye dilation. My doctor concluded that the serotonin in both is the issue and that those meds don’t work for me and prescribed me Wellbutrin. I’ve been steadily increasing the dosage from 75 SR to now 300 XL over the past 2 months. But I do not feel any difference in my anxiety or panic. If anyone is in the same situation, can you recommend a medication that is not a SSRI or SNRI but worked to improve your anxiety? I’ve been on the journey for over a year to find the right medication and I am now feeling like I never will. Thank you in advance for any guidance, advice, or support.
