“Hard Drive - Not installed” Message

I have a Latitude 7400, and recently it’s been giving me a warning message saying “Hard Drive - Not installed”. The laptop is about 6 years old, and the factory warranty expired back in 2021. The health status on CrystalDiskInfo is 82%, and when I used Dell’s built-in diagnostics, it only identified an issue with the battery.

How do I know if I need to replace the hard drive? If so, what hard drives would you suggest?
