Terrified of hair loss

Hey everyone, I'm 37f with PCOS, about 60lbs overweight and really need to go on a GLP-1. Insurance won't cover them and Zepbound is the cheapest.

I can pay for it out of pocket, but I'm absolutely terrified of potentially losing my hair. I already have androgenetic alopecia and take minoxidil and spironolactone along with hair vitamins. It's definitely improved, but I will be absolutely devastated if I have to go through another round of moderate hair loss, especially if it's permanent.

Can anyone share their experience around this?
