Bcg

Hello guys im building out my first AR and im shopping bcg. Im leaning towards getting the low weight spikes tactical or mil-spec plain BCM bcg. If yall have any recommendations that would be appreciated, I have been told not to cheap out on bcg and barrel so im open ears! Thanks
