Is some hair loss normal?

I dyed my hair for the first time and I’m terrified of losing my hair, is some hair loss normal? I took the first shower since I dyed it, idk if it’s just how much hair I normally lose but notice it more since it’s black, or if I’m just losing more since I dyed it
