No more downloadable pictures?

Hi, I've only been a part of this community for a little while, and I've really enjoyed all the anime art, Marvel art, and different media. However, I've noticed that certain posts don't allow me to download the pictures. If anyone has some contacts for the artists, that would be very helpful because I understand not wanting people to copy your art, especially if it's something you have to pay for or is otherwise protected.
