Exhibitionism scene; pre-2000s film, probably pre-1990s, seen on TV

I don’t remember anything else but this one scene.

A teenage or possibly young adult girl walks onto the porch of her house, at night, wearing nothing but a single-piece dress, maybe a nightdress. (Or maybe she is just lifting up her window? I think it was a porch but not 100% sure.) The house is situated in a rural area, not wooded, but there is vegetation. In that vegetation, boys from the area – (mostly?) younger than her maybe? – are already hiding out, watching her, illuminated by the lights from inside the house. She takes the hem of her dress and slowly pulls it up evenly, like she’s lifting a screen, exposing herself inch by inch. And then stands there for the boys to look.

(I don’t know what, if anything, happens next, and I don’t remember whatever preceded this, if I even saw it. This is all I have.)
