Just got iron helm and would love some assistance

So I just took advantage of the game crafter sale and finally got iron helm. It’s been on my list for years so needless to say I’m stoked!

In my haste I got a lot of content but just wasn’t sure if everything I got is fine to just throw into the base game or if I needed any adventure packs. I didn’t get any adventures (heard mixed reviews on them) so I tried to keep it all just extra stuff to add to the base.

This is what I purchased.

Iron helm Iron chest Fanny pack Loot and lore Beasts and burdens Gnome pack #1

With all that stuff I got, can I just add it all to the base game and play single games just fine? I’m having doubts now that I looked into it more and saw the iron chest comes with a Zogar adventure. Should I just completely leave that out? Is the lonely troll tavern still work without the adventures?

Anything else I should know or you can recommend to get started?
