Are spray-boosting groups still a thing?

The last time I randomly queued into a group where both sides were helping someone farm for a trophy, I was random-queued as a healer, while the enemy team was trying to help their Hanzo get his pixel spray.

I wish that I could LFG for a group to help me get the Hazard Cute spray.
