My house is never peaceful. (Not physical abuse)

My dad is always complaining about something or yelling and my mom goes along whatever he does or says and it stresses me out so bad. I just want to be free. I cant be at peace not even in my own house, and when I want to talk to them about it they immediately get mad and yell. I don't know what to do and its been like this for years
