Enchantments disappearing from list of available enchantments

I enchanted a set of gear with fortify hand to hand and since then, the Fortify skill enchantment is missing in the enchanting table UI. It happened once before, but I was able to get it to reappear by getting the power from the warrior stone. Has anyone else had this happen or have a way to fix it?
