Is Gev Lizards viable?

Hi guys

Pretty much the title… I’ve been thinking to build it lizard themed since pretty much every lizard is cheap. Yet, the deck seems weak in a 4 players game.

On the other hand, forgetting his secondary ability gives it a huge boost and the deck is still budget friendly.
