Cemu

Question. I have just downloaded the updated Cemu and the undated version of ES-DE. All games work fine, but when I hit the power button to pause the game and go back to it the whole app closes. Is this normal or is there a setting I missed? I know it does not offer save state but to close out on soft power button is super annoying. Can anyone provide advise to this? Thanks in advance.
