What is the replacement part for this pcv valve for 2011 9-5 Turbo4?

If you look at WebAutocats, https://webautocats.com/epc/saab/sbf/02-25531/0200/, it is what part #46 connects to into the manifold. Image #1 below. Is this 90 degree valve removable / replacable? Can it get clogged?

Then in image #2 below, there is part #45 in that same link that connects to the manifold. How does one remove that?

We are dealing with oil leaks, smell of burning oil, and a vacuum issues and think the pcv system is faulty / clogged. part #46 was replaced last year, but the 90 degree elbow it connects to was not. Also noticed oil around the entrance into the manifold
