503 ERROR REAL DEBRID on FREE TIER VPS - AWS / HEROKU

I can download unrestricted torrent links on my HEROKU / AWS But can't download RAPIDGATOR/NITROFLARE unrestricted RD links , I GET 503 ERROR The response status is not successful. status=503

I just want to move 2 files from RAPIDGATOR/NITROFLARE to my VPS storage

Thanks in advance
