scared my parents have sb

so my parents were on a cruise for 2 weeks and came back on friday (2 days ago) and ive been nervous if they brought over a stomach bug since i know theyre common in cruises. they havent had symptoms i just hear them complaining of gas and their stomach hurting and they said its from the food they had and the boat moving but i just feel rly scared
