2 embryos no pgt testing. Help please. First frozen transfer

Hello all Some advice would be very appreciated since I don't really know anyone going through this. I have two embryos passing after blast. I decided not to opt in for pgt testing.

Has anyone had any experience with frozen embryo transfer they would like to share and what helped them during that time. Also ahs anyone else not done pgt testing.

I really need the advice I am doing the transfer next month and this is my first round.
