Showering with Dysautonomia

Hey I have some trouble taking showers. Whether it’s hot or luke warm or any temperature. Showers causes hr to go from 50 to 150 and my bp to go from 90/55 to 155/90ish. Also causes really bad headaches. Why does this happen, especially when the water isn’t even hot or cold? Also what can I do about it? Thanks everyone!
