What is and isn't toxic?

Hello. I had this question since many times I do things as killer that are seen as toxic but I do them due to how the match is going and survivors are playing.

For example if i hook a survivor and i know that there's are people near then what should I do? Just leave the survivor to unhook them? Another is when I slugging not cause i want ro. But cause as i am on my way to hook a survivor they come at me all at once. And so i decide to down them.

Sometimes I tunner. Not cause i want to but cause the person that got unhooked wants to get in my face and taunt me or they try to go for a save when they shouldn't.

Things like that. So i was wondering what to do in those scenarios and if i am being super toxic.
