Why is the animation so bad

Some context I was gonna watch the blue lock anime but seriously the animation is terrible the characters look out of place and overall it’s like watching a solo project from a YouTuber just straight up tracing over manga panels and moving the camera around and calling it good not to mention the white screen behind any time anything happens like how rushed was this season
