I feel like im crashing but i can't sleep

Hello! So i was wondering if anyone my have some form of clue as to why i keep crashing and how I can avoid it? I just got my first tub last Thursday and I keep crashing. Also can anyone tell me more of what gamersupps is used for? Thank you!
