Is this core voltage normal?

Hey guys,

I've noticed that the VCore voltage in the BIOS stays at 1.3V. In Windows, using HWiNFO64, the CPU also remains at 1.3V when idle. Under full load, the voltage occasionally spikes to 1.4V. I'm considering undervolting the CPU because the temperatures get too high—reaching 100°C during stress tests. In demanding games, temperatures spike from 88°C to 95°C, and sometimes even hit 100°C.
