I have 185 wishstones and like 80 gold records, and i was saving them for anniversary just in case, but i really want Feng Xun.. would be a banner? or do i have to wish him and use 100 ws? i don't know how to get him and i don't know the difference between event, featured and wish pools (all consumes 100 ws). Thanks in advance and sorry for these questions
