Period 8 days after my last with pelvic and lower back pain….

Title. But also have diarrhea and maybe some lightheadedness? My lower back is killing me even after some Advil it’s radiating a little. I started spotting a couple days after my last period and today I started bleeding like I was on my period again. My periods are generally heavy but only last a few days. Is this concerning? Should I go to ER?

P. S. Lesbian in a married relationship of 10+ years so no chance of a baby.
