Psychosis from whippet/drug use

I have a friend who is showing disturbing and erratic behavior from what I assume is excessive whippet and cocaine use.

She claims hackers from the dark web have infiltrated every part of her electronic life. She cannot access any accounts, social media, etc. she thinks her phone is tapped and that people are breaking into her house at night. She admitted to me that she took scissors and cut every wire she could find in her house.

She claims that my contact was deleted in her phone so I have to FaceTime her every-time we talk to confirm my identity.

Our group of friends has called multiple wellness checks on her but she is coherent enough to send the cops away.

I’m not sure what else I can do at this point besides to stop talking to her.
