Chapstick

I've been looking for the sunbum Chapstick for 4 days now and i haven't found the ones I usually get. I was going to to go on their website and just order it online but tell me why after shipping charges its 18 dollars for a 3 pack.

Does anyone know where to buy them from I usually got them at target in that little rack buy 2 get 2 for free but they're not there anymore. I'm loosing my mind and my lips are dry as hell. I've tried other Chapstick but it's not the same I'm so annoyed.
