Can you get banned if you use a stealth server on a RGH xbox 360 on your account and then hop on say, an xbox series x on that account afterward?

Im only gettin a modded to use the old blades dashboard or NXE Thats alll and I dont want to lose my account or atlleast have the lowest possible chance. The person modding my xbox is giving it a stealth server. I paid em over 100 bucks for modificatin

Should I be okay? Like have there ever been known situations of people getting banned even with stealth servers?
