Trouble purchasing credit on Maoer FM.

For those who buy audio dramas, has anyone been having any issues buying credit on Maoer FM lately. I haven’t been able to in over a week. I’ve tried all denominations, reinstalled the app, update my card details. Nothing works. My partner said maybe it’s region locked now but surely that can’t be the case right? I’m from Australia.
