Replacing luggage in Tokyo

Hey guys, I brought a luggage which I realized is (1) way too big to store everything I brought and (2) has broken wheels and (3) is actually less efficient than a duffel for carry on and a slightly larger one to carry stuff that can't be carried on.

I have seen Ginza Karen recommended as they will take your old luggage. Anywhere have recommendations for the duffel too?
