Cramps and twisting in upper abdomen ?

Been having bad cramps (like someone is grabbing my insides and twisting them) and gurgling starting 3 weeks ago. Usually at night but little bits throughout the day too. And burning and nausea throughout the day. I’ve never had these symptoms with SIBO before. Has anyone experienced this ?? What does it sounds like? Just change in Sibo symptoms or something else?
