Very excited to be travelling to Japan! I have a peanut/nut allergy, so when I travel to countries where I don't speak the language, I like to have a card in the local language outlining my allergy and what I can't eat. This time there's a twist, because I've just found out I'm pregnant and also need to avoid raw fish and raw eggs. Could someone help me translate the following into Japanese:
