Had a random moment on a night bus but not sure if it was completely random

Last night I was on a night bus between cities. A girl sat next to me, and although we never spoke, our arms and legs were making quite a lot of contact while she “slept.” I say “slept” because she kept shifting slightly, like she was aware.

We stayed like that the whole trip, close but no words. When the ride ended, we went our separate ways without saying anything, I was a cool time also because I'm 18 and I have never had any contact with a girl.

Has anyone else had an experience like this? Does anyone thing it meant something?
