Looking to start microdosing for MCAS, adrenal fatigue, and general inflammation

Has anyone started microdosing a glp-1 for major chronic health issues? I have severe pain and inflammation, suspected Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, MCAS, and stage 3-4 adrenal fatigue. Looking for answers. Thanks!
